Calm & Connect Method™

Unitemple Yoga sessions follow the Calm & Connect Method™, a structured adaptive yoga approach designed to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and nervous system balance for neurodiverse children, teens, and adults. Each session integrates gentle movement, breathing exercises, and predictable routines that help participants feel safe, regulated, and connected in their bodies. This method supports calm, focus, sensory awareness, and positive engagement in schools, therapy programs, adult day programs, and community settings.
